To place an order simply give us a call at 416-839-2275. Our staff will be happy to assist you an answer any questions you may have.

Ordering is simple:

• Select a style that is already listed on our website, or provide us with a picture or design that you want to use
• Call to schedule an appointment or to ask any questions you may have
• Meet us at our Toronto location or a staff member can meet you (no jewellery or cash is brought to outsite meetings). This makes all mettings safe for us and you.
• We will discuss you needs and give you full details
• Afterwards we will request a depoit if you are satisfied and want to proceed. Once we do you can expect to have your jewellery ready within 2-3 weeks for custom, 1-2 weeks for special order.
• All jewellery comes professionally appraised by a third party - either EGL, Gem Scan or GIA. We do not give our own apprasials like some jewellers because these can be faked or do not represent the real value of your piece.

If you place your order from an Overseas Country, or if we suspeect fraud, AtlantisDiamonds.com reserves the right to request personal identification from the customer in order to verify the authenticity of the order. If we feel that something is suspicious or fraudulent, we may ask the customer to send their identification either in the form of a scanned image or by FAX. We also reserve the right to deny orders that may seem to be fraudulent. Personal Identification includes Passport, Driver's Licence, Scanned Image or Fax of Credit Card, and/or Photo Identification. Specifics will be detailed in an email/call which will be sent to the customer.
